We just added Ultrasound and Echocardiography to our practice!

We've always had radiologists come into our practice to perform these studies... but because of investing in new technology, we are now able to offer those services here at any time. Our new state-of-the-art system allows us to capture the scans in our office while being assisted real-time by licensed sonographers, and then to have those scans interpreted by Board-Certified Radiologists, Cardiologists, and Internists.

This system means we no longer need to wait for a radiologist to be available when we need answers to your pets health concerns!  And, we'll be able to do this at a cost slightly lower than what the local radiologists charge. Good news for everyone!

The Golden Retriever Lifetime Study:

I’m proud to announce my participation in the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study being conducted by Morris Animal Foundation. This is the largest & longest observational research study ever initiated to improve the health of dogs— we need your help

If you own a dog in the study and have just moved to our area, we are happy to continue working with you to maintain the integrity of the study data.

Interostop, an inter-species pheromone is now available to address some behavioral problems with dogs. This spray uses a combination of pheromone and sound to interrupt the behavior that is undesired. Best used with suggestions from a behaviorist or veterinarian, it can work wonders to reform bad habits in dogs. If you think this tool might be helpful for you, please call us.

Training Classes now available  Professional trainers from Wag and Train are offering Puppy classes!  Contact our office for dates and times!

Check out Petly, your new Pet Portal! If we have your email address in our computer system, you should receive an invitation to Petly.  This personal site of yours give you reminder information for your pets as well as lab results and some portions of the medical records. You can request appointments and prescription refills from there, and send us messages.

Dr. Sara appointed as a Director for the Veterinary Medical Alumni Association at Kansas State University.  She will need to travel to Kansas several times a year for meetings. Over the next 7 years, she will have more responsibilities and a variety of positions on the Board - but all will present the opportunity to enhance the involvement of the KSU alumni in their College.
